By using HeirPortal, you grant us a license to store and display your content only to authorized users you invite. We will never share your content publicly or with unauthorized parties.

Disputes
We hope it never comes to this, but if there's a dispute:
- Try to resolve directly first — contact us at legal@estateclear.com
- If that doesn't work, binding arbitration under AAA rules
- Class action waiver applies
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated with 30 days advance notice via email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
