You own your uploads. All documents, updates, and content you add to HeirPortal remain your property.

By using HeirPortal, you grant us a license to store and display your content only to authorized users you invite. We will never share your content publicly or with unauthorized parties.

Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Disputes

We hope it never comes to this, but if there's a dispute:

  1. Try to resolve directly first — contact us at legal@estateclear.com
  2. If that doesn't work, binding arbitration under AAA rules
  3. Class action waiver applies
