Is my data secure?
Every connection is encrypted with HTTPS. Documents download only for the estate members allowed to see them. The text read from them is also sent to OpenAI for a summary, and the people who run HeirPortal can see estate details and sign in as you to help with support (each sign-in is recorded). We never sell your data; our Privacy Policy lists who else receives it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Nothing is deleted when you cancel: your account moves to the Free plan and your estates stay as they are.
